We do not sell, trade or share your personal or contact information to marketers.

We only use information provided by you to process orders, update you with the progress of your order, any changes to our site, products or services we offer, and to provide with the best customer service.

Information Accuracy

All information on this site is believed to be accurate. UPGRADE DADDY has made reasonable efforts in providing information to make purchasing as easy as possible. UPGRADE DADDY assumes no liability resulting from errors or omissions in the information.

Price Guarantees

UPGRADE DADDY makes every effort to ensure pricing is accurate and up to date, but in the case of an error, UPGRADE DADDY reserves the right to correct pricing at any time as well as cancel any order that was placed for products with the incorrect pricing.

Warranty

UPGRADE DADDY offers one year warranty on memory upgrade products.

All other product warranties are covered by the manufacturer of the product. All terms and conditions apply as stated on the manufacturer's website.

Orders

How to receive the Order

If you receive a package that is damaged or shows obvious signs of damage, please refuse the shipment and notify UPGRADE DADDY at support@upgradedaddy.com. UPGRADE DADDY will either replace or issue the refund.

In the case if a package is delivered, contact the carrier immediately and inform them that they have delivered a damaged package and notify UPGRADE DADDY within 2 business days. If you fail to report within 2 business days, UPGRADE DADDY will not be responsible for any claims.

After Receiving the Order

Before opening the Product box, cutting or opening the factory seal of the product packaging or removing the shrink wrap, please check the Part number of the product and verify if the product you have received is the product you ordered. If you have received the wrong item, notify UPGRADE DADDY within 2 days of receiving the wrong product. UPGRADE DADDY will provide a Prepaid Return Shipping Label and ship the replacement or issue the refund.

Returns

No Returns are accepted without prior authorization.

To return a product please contact us at support@upgragedaddy.com

Products may be returned for replacement or refund within 30 days of purchase.

No Returns after 30 days. For defective products please contact the manufacturer.

Return Authorization is Valid for 10 Days. UPGRADE DADDY must receive the product within 10 Days.

If you received a defective item, please contact UPGRADE DADDY at support@upgradedaddy.com . UPGRADE DADDY will issue a Return Authorization and ship the replacement after receiving the defective product from you.

All replacements are shipped ground unless paid by the buyer for faster method.

Products Returned for Refund must be in original condition. A 50% Restocking Fees will Apply. If Product is taken out from its original packaging, shrinkwrap is removed, the factory seal is cut open or broken or damaged.
